Q: What if it's assigned to a carrier and then I decide to cancel?
A: This is the only time that we cannot offer you a full refund. In this situation, you would be refunded any amount you paid less the deposit. We keep the deposit to pay our employees and sometimes fees from the carrier.

Q: Are some vehicles harder to transport than others?
A: YES, in some cases there are more vehicles in an area than there are transporters. Other things like size, weight and, last but not least, pickup/delivery flexibility. The more flexible you are when it comes to pickup and delivery, the easier to transport.
