I was first referred to another carrier and got jerked around for 10 days. I contacted Patriot and they picked up my vehicle the next day. They quoted me a 5 day delivery and came in 2 days ahead of schedule. I was kept informed from start to finish. The communication was excellent from both Tony in the office and the hauler driver. The icing on the cake was that Patriot's price came in 0 under the price I was quoted by the first carrier. I would highly recommend using Patriot Auto Carriers for your vehicle delivery.

Vehicle transport Florida to Illinos

Was recommended to use Patriot by the party I purchased a vehicle from. Researched them on this site and found that they had great reviews so I decided to use them. Tony made the arrangements and did a nice job getting the vehicle picked up one day after it was listed. The vehicle was picked up on Saturday in south Florida and delivered to northern Illinois on Tuesday. Couldn't have really expected anyone to deliver it any sooner. Tony did a solid job getting the work scheduled and following up to make sure everything went ok.

Overall my experience with Patriot was good, though the pickup was a couple of days late and the actual shipper (not Patriot) did not communicate with the person I bought the car from about this. I was lucky that she was so flexible, or I could have been in a real bind. Tony at Patriot was very communicative, and since they are a broker, not a shipper themselves, this is always a risk. The actual shipper did do a good job picking up the car, finally (the seller told me) and he got it from OR to AZ in record time (Sun to Tues night). It was in great shape and no complaints on that end.

Good transport experience

Tony and Peter were very easy to work with. Hauling 2 large pickups from Philly to Rural Oklahoma in the dead of winter is not necessarilly the easiest of tasks. The pickup was one day late, but workied out in the end. Tony and Peter worked very hard to make sure that we were satisfied and stood by to make sure everyone was happy. Thanks Guys!

My car was immediately available, and carriers were available that day. As it happened, the keys were misplaced, but another carrier was available the next day! Wow! For being the new guy, Peter was completely competent in handling my special case. My pick-up time changed 3 times, my car was in an impound lot, and I had a 3 day window for drop-off. The professionalism provided by Tony was excellent. Unfortunately the driver needs to take lessons from Tony. It is clear that only the driver will KNOW approximately when he or she will be able to deliver the car based on unexpected weather conditions, etc.....Thus, the driver should call the customer the day prior to delivery and give them a 4 hour time period that the customer will be available - such as 1-4pm.

Excellant, completely trustworthy, exceptional care of corvette. Tony the owner was extremely responsive and understanding of our concerns and needs. We highly recommend using his transport company.

We placed the order with him late Tuesday evening. The car was picked up Wednesday and delivered Thursday evening. Tony actually contacted the seller of the car and made all arrangements for the car pick up. The driver, Bill, actually kept in touch with us on the trip to Florida and took exceptional care of the car.

This is the only company that was able to give us the exact pick up and delivery date. Other companies did not have the information available to their phone personel. I had to wait days for the other transport company's dispatcher to call and their response was "anywhere from 7 to 10 days"...with the same answer for the delivery date. I wasted a week with other companies trying to pin down the pick up and delivery dates. One company actually left a message on my phone saying that the transport would cost 00 because I would have to pay for the entire trailer to get the car in one week.

It is my hope that E-Bay includes this company in thier transport information when buying a gar.

Even with the personal and fast service we were given; the price of 0 was hundreds less than other car transport companies.

Buying a car long distance is somehat tense...Tony made the delivery very comfortable for all envolved.
